BL.Cab est une application, web et mobile, qui permet aux élus : - de consulter les évènements et documents liés à leur mandat, - d’arbitrer sur leur présence, designer un représentant ou donner procuration. - d’être alerté en cas de problème ou d’évènements importants (mail et sms) L’interface web permet aux collaborateurs (cabinet, secrétariat général ou DGS) de transmettre aux élus des propositions d’évènements, les documents associés, et de suivre leurs arbitrages. L’outil intègre plusieurs modules : - Agenda : proposer aux élus des évènements et leur permettre d’arbitrer sur leur présence ou désigner leur représentant, - Note : transmettre aux élus des documents pour information ou arbitrage ; - Assemblée : gérer la convocation électronique des élus aux assemblées délibérantes, dans le respect de la réglementation en vigueur. - SMS : envoyer des SMS aux élus. Cet outil ergonomique et très simple à utiliser : - dématérialise les documents utiles aux élus, - fluidifie les échanges entre élus et collaborateurs, - simplifie les circuits de décision.
