Verdict
Confidentials and Cool Eats both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Cool Eats's written reviews are positive against 35% of Confidentials's. Cool Eats also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and update cadence (every 8 days vs monthly). Confidentials's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, rating and device support there is nothing between them.
