The Elgi Fault Diagnostics APP enables Elgi Service Engineers to manage trouble shooting of technical issues quickly and quite reliably. Service Engineers are guided along the way with Fault Type confirmation, and a Fault Specific check list of the points for investigation. Corresponding to each point, there is a Checking procedure, a probable root cause for the fault and a most –likely solution to fix the fault. Service Engineers can also view the Image of the parts under investigation and also get any additional specific documentation on the models under investigation.

The T+ Site Visit App has been created by Tracker Plus to support assessors when they visit site as part of the Post-Construction element of an assessment. Using the App you can log in to your project, take photos for the relevant credits and add comments. When connected to the Internet the assessor can transfer the information to Tracker Plus, which will allow a site visit report to be generated. This can be used as evidence for the Post-Construction stage.
