Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Directo at 2.7 against Star App's 1.0. Directo also leads on review sentiment (38% vs 11%) and ratings volume (13 vs 1). Star App's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and iOS requirement (12.3 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
