Need to send a supplier a proper purchase order without setting up accounting software? Ordly builds a clean, professional PO as a PDF on your iPhone in a couple of minutes. Enter the PO number and date, your details, the vendor and the line items. Ordly adds up the totals and creates a PDF you can share, print or save to Files. • ALL THE PO BASICS — PO number, date, Buyer / Bill To, Vendor and an optional Ship To address, each in its own block. • LINE ITEMS — up to 200 lines with optional SKU, description, quantity and unit price; each line total is calculated for you. • AUTOMATIC TOTALS — subtotal, optional tax percentage, optional shipping and a highlighted grand total. • YOUR CURRENCY — type any currency symbol, such as $, €, £ or ¥, and amounts print in your region's number format, with thousands separators. • READY TO SIGN — optional notes, plus "Authorized by" and date lines at the bottom. Long orders continue onto extra pages with the PO number repeated. • SHARE, PRINT OR SAVE — email the PDF to your vendor, print it with AirPrint or save it to Files. Honest scope: Ordly creates one purchase order PDF at a time on US Letter paper. There is no logo, customer database or order history, and the form is not saved between app launches. Long descriptions and SKUs wrap onto extra lines instead of being cut off, and multi-page orders are numbered Page 1 of 2, and so on. Leave the PO number or date empty and Ordly fills in today's date for you. Everything is made on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded and no account is needed. Try it free — 3 purchase orders. A one-time $4.99 purchase unlocks unlimited purchase orders. No subscription, no ads. Questions: overlapmarr@gmail.com
