Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: PCMA+ at every 5 days against MYSNEXT's every 3 months. PCMA+ also leads on ratings volume (225 vs 1). MYSNEXT's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
