Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: Time Squared at 4.9 against Hours's 4.6. Time Squared also leads on review sentiment (89% vs 74%) and chart position (#176 vs unranked). Hours's advantage is ratings volume (16K vs 2.4K) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
