Blackmagic Camera Control requires a Bluetooth enabled camera such as Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera, Blackmagic URSA Mini Pro or URSA Broadcast camera. This is the client app of the WorldTally / TouchDirector app family. WorldTally is part of a team software spreading tally information (camera red light) of any ATEM vision mixer to all team members using high speed push notifications via Internet. No wires needed to show “red lights”. The TouchDirector app is connected to an ATEM vision mixer and sends this information to all iOS devices running “WorldTally Client” and connected to the same session. Connection is established via camera scan of a QR code, a simple link in e-mail, or WhatsApp, whatsoever. Quick and simple. You can assign an ATEM channel to a client, so the client, e.g. a camera operator, knows when he is “live” or on “preview”. This informations is presented optically and optionally via speech, via torch and iPhone vibrations. Plus you have a team chat to exchange important messages while an event session is active. Read the message or let the iOS device speak them to you. Plus, WorldTally is creating a voice channel announcing all tally changes. You can transmit this voice via audio output to an intercom channel to your team members, in many different, selectable languages.
