建物被害調査 vs Lottery Nixie

建物被害調査アプリは、災害時に建物に発生した被害を調査し、その損傷程度を評価するアプリです。建物の平面図（手書き可）をカメラで撮影し、その画像の上に発生した被害をプロットするだけで、損傷程度の評価ができます。本アプリで採用している損傷程度は、内閣府が示している損害程度（全壊、大規模半壊、半壊、準半壊、一部損壊）で、災害発生後の罹災証明書に記載されるものとおなじです。本アプリは、災害発生後の自宅の損害割合の評価のみならず、平常時における自治体の調査研修などにも利用できます。 ＜アプリの使い方＞ １.　アプリを起動します。 ２.　建物のフロア（階）を作成します。 ３.　建物の平面図をカメラで撮影し保存します。 ４.　平面図上に被害をプロットし、被害状況を撮影します。 ５.　平面図上に建物の基礎量をプロットします。 ６.　損害割合を評価します。
