Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Wishez at none against PrayerWings's 3. Wishez also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 weeks). PrayerWings's advantage is ratings volume (27 vs 1) and iOS requirement (17.6 vs 26.6). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
