Three Good Things is a simple happiness journal built around one small daily habit: write down three good things that happen each day. They don’t have to be big. A good conversation, a favorite meal, a walk outside, a small win, or a quiet moment can be enough. The practice comes from positive psychology: by taking a few moments each day to notice what went well, you can build a habit of paying attention to the good already happening in your life. Three Good Things keeps that practice simple, private, and easy to stick with. Features: • Write three good things each day • Customize the look and feel of your journal • Add photos and videos • Look back through your past memories • Build a daily streak • View your history by list or calendar • Unlock achievements as you build the habit This is not a complicated journaling system. There are no long prompts, no pressure to write perfectly, and no need to spend a lot of time. Just open the app, write down three good things, and keep going. I first made Three Good Things nearly ten years ago because I wanted this practice to feel simple and easy to return to. I hope it can become a small part of your day.
