Verdict
The clearest difference is price: BIO Camera at Free against Ullman Indirect's $3.99. BIO Camera also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.2). Ullman Indirect's advantage is ratings volume (10 vs 1) and chart position (#148 vs unranked). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
