Every treat you collect goes into your collection. ■ Your effort fills the jar The treats you earn pile up in this month's jar. The longer you focus, the bigger the treat. ■ A record of every day The calendar shows when and how long you focused. Your daily records and focus time are there at a glance. ■ Make the fridge your own Change the colours and add the stickers you've collected to make the fridge yours. Stickers unlock little by little as your focus time adds up. ■ Focus with only the apps you need Even while focusing, you can allow just the apps you need for studying or work. Handy for keeping your distance from social media, games and anything else you open without thinking. ■ See how far you've come Look back on your streak and your past records, and keep focusing without it feeling like a chore.
