It is the United States Powerlifting Coalition’s (USPC) mission to provide athletes the opportunity to compete in the sport of powerlifting in a stimulating and positive atmosphere of camaraderie and competition. Our goal is to uphold the standards of the sport of powerlifting by enforcing the basic tenets of the performance of the squat, bench press, and deadlift. The USPC’s intention is to provide powerlifting meets that promote athleticism and physical performance, while ensuring that the rules enacted promote lifter safety. We believe that the leaders of our federation must be fair, organized, and promote a culture that fosters a positive environment that supports all backgrounds, genders, ethnicity, and sexuality. The USPC leadership will work alongside state chairs and meet directors to teach and uphold meet standards that foster a positive experience for everyone that comes into contact with our organization.

Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: USPC at 4.0 against DateFit's 3.1. USPC also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 13). DateFit's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 12 months) and ratings volume (1K vs 4). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DateFit sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. USPC asks for nothing beyond the download.
USPC holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DateFit has 1K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.
DateFit ships an update every 3 days, USPC every 12 months. The most recent releases landed on September 26, 2026 and June 3, 2026 respectively.
