USPC vs Vet Tix

It is the United States Powerlifting Coalition’s (USPC) mission to provide athletes the opportunity to compete in the sport of powerlifting in a stimulating and positive atmosphere of camaraderie and competition. Our goal is to uphold the standards of the sport of powerlifting by enforcing the basic tenets of the performance of the squat, bench press, and deadlift. The USPC’s intention is to provide powerlifting meets that promote athleticism and physical performance, while ensuring that the rules enacted promote lifter safety. We believe that the leaders of our federation must be fair, organized, and promote a culture that fosters a positive environment that supports all backgrounds, genders, ethnicity, and sexuality. ​ The USPC leadership will work alongside state chairs and meet directors to teach and uphold meet standards that foster a positive experience for everyone that comes into contact with our organization.

Vet Tix, short for "Veteran Tickets Foundation," is a nonprofit organization in the United States that provide event tickets to currently serving military members, veterans, and their families as a way to show appreciation for their service and to enhance their quality of life. The organization partners with various entertainment venues, sports teams, promoters, and individual donors to offer tickets to a wide range of events, including concerts, sports games, performing arts shows, and other forms of entertainment. The main goal of Vet Tix is to give back to the military and veteran community by giving them the opportunity to attend events that they might not have been able to afford otherwise. This not only allows them to enjoy recreational and cultural activities but also fosters a sense of community and camaraderie among service members and veterans. Overall, Vet Tix serves as a platform that connects generous donors and event organizers with military members, veterans, and their families, creating positive experiences and lasting memories for those who have served their country.
