Some hoops to get through

I have yet to make a ticket request as I build tokens monthly. Since getting tokens is key to app use - I would advise that buying gear should be a means of getting tokens.

Great service! App needs work

It’s come a long way from what it used to, searching through events is pretty rough. It’s hard to catch good events in my town unless you’re checking the app every hour, and most of the events are permanent slop that I have to sledge through. Please add a filter to remove specific events from the feed, also notifications need some work to more consistently notify users of notable events, especially if they aren’t lottery events.

I am extremely grateful for this service! I would simply like a more user friendly app experience.

Thank you Photos and Account Suspended

Be careful with the Thank you and photo requirement of VetTix. VetTix used to send one an email with instructions and then changed their policy and I was unaware of the new policy to thank the organization that donated the tickets. I did not receive a notification after the event and it wasn’t until after I was suspended for 90 days that I even knew VetTix had an App. So, be careful because there is no appeal process which any normal person would want. By the way, I love VetTix and thank them so much for there efforts, they need to work on Customer Service.

Insufferable Changes

The recent changes to Vet Tix have made the experience far more frustrating than it used to be. It feels like the entire veteran community is being subjected to stressful restrictions because of the actions of a small number of people.

For a program that is supposed to improve veterans’ quality of life and provide relief from the stress many of us carry, these changes seem to do the opposite. Many veterans live with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other challenges, and adding unnecessary hurdles undermines the purpose of the program.

Some of the new requirements also draw unwanted attention to veterans in public. Many of us prefer to enjoy events discreetly rather than have our veteran status highlighted. Having to meet additional requirements that make us stand out can be uncomfortable and, for some, emotionally taxing.

I understand the need to prevent abuse, but there has to be a better way than creating burdens for everyone or compromising the privacy many veterans value. I hope Vet Tix will reconsider these policies and find solutions that hold individuals accountable without negatively impacting the veterans who rely on and appreciate this resource.

App

The app is good, there are a few bugs that can be fixed. When I travel state to state, sometimes I’m about to change the setting to a different state, and sometimes not. There are times where I have to put in my password and verify every time I use the app. But overall the app is good

Great for single or 2 ticket persons, not for family

They RAIRLY give tickets out to families of 4 for major events like MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, etc. if you have a party of 1 or 2 you will have a greater success of getting tickets to events you desire. They are “free” tickets minus transfer fees and any other fees they want to tack on but if you can snag some then good for you.

Customer Support Lacking

The review says it all.

Vet Tix

Amazing. I love Vet Tix a buddy showed it to me a long time ago but I moved to Nashville now. I am able to go to more concerts I love. One thing though. I wish you could search by the artist. It would make it easier to find your favorites instead of scrolling page after page.

New To Me

I've been thankful for VetTix for so many years. And I've donated yearly too.

I've just started getting acquainted with the app. My one wish for the app so far is to be able to move my Home Notification map... example, I'd rather see events in Denver CO, than Roswell NM. I have my Additional Notification map set perfectly for Arizona and California, that I am comfortable driving to. Please make the Home Notification Map slightly adjustable.

Will post additional reviews once I see events that I am able to and want to attend.

This is definitely more convenient than the website, so far.

Can’t reset pw can’t get ahold of anyone and bought tickets

Great service, some issues

Overall it is beyond awesome. One criticism is the Las Vegas region is getting listings for events that require mandatory payment such as shooting classes that require you to pay large amounts of money to attend, that seems like exploitation of this service just to get money from veterans.

Great app…FINALLY.

Finally an app to go along with the exceptional vet tix experience. Thanks for what you do.

Need help

It seems I am unable to contact anyone directly. I need some help and I keep being referred to hot links. It claims my ID.me account is already connected to an account and I need to sign into vet tix with that account. But I never created an account with yall until today. PLEASE HELP!

Good company but lottery procedure could be better

You need to enter a lottery system to win tickets. Many lottery winners don’t even claim their tickets. When there are leftover tickets instead of assigning them to people who already enrolled in the lottery, they rerun the lottery for second round. You have to re-enter the lottery again in the next round. This goes on until all tickets are sold.

App is riddled with scam advertisements

As of the recent update this app is now full of ads. Not only any ads, but specifically scam ads. I was greeted with a fake “Activate your account” banner when I logged in (it was an ad). Ads are bad enough as it is, but not even vetting your advertisers when they’re preying on your customers is super lame. 👎

Love it

Works great never have an issue. I think the functionality is always above par.

Confusing app

Cant get to photo part. Love the free tickets. Hard to share app with fellow vets.

Needs to be updated by city!

Please update the app to filter what city your in than just the State. It’s so time consuming sucking going through all the events to find your city events

Account suspension

Had my account suspended twice now because the program mistakes your photos as either photoshopped or altered. Now that it’s requested more often than before to submit a photo, they should at least be able to lift suspension when their program gets it wrong. And yes it is free tickets, but we still pay for a service fees when obtaining the tickets. Least they can do is provide an alibi portion for us to dispute the suspension.

Can't login to app

Since the last 2 updates I can't login to the app it says my info is wrong but it's the same login I use on the website so I know it's right! With the latest update I thought maybe it was going to fix that issue but it did not I still cannot login with the app
