Doesn’t cover wear and tear
I’m very disappointed in the service that I have received from AHS. They seem to be making up reasons to deny my service request and I can’t get my request escalated to someone that I can communicate with. It seems intentional.
Lack of customer service
I have a water leak, waiting 4 days for approval had to turn water off, customer service was so dismissive and lack of concern. I will definitely into home warranty from other companies would definitely not recommend
Best investment
Got two issues taken care of for one service call. It’s the best investment a homeowner could make.
App not opening
Just had an update and now the app won’t open
Useful but sometimes finicky
Had to delete the app, reboot my phone, and redownload the app to get it to load past the loading screen.
