Eagle Air has gone above and beyond working with us on the AC. They were so thorough diagnosing issues with our old unit which eventually resulted in installing a new AC system. I cannot say enough good things about everyone at Eagle Air.

Worst costumer service ever. Can’t cancel on app but can renew and be charged. 1.5 hour call wait time to try to cancel. Terrible business. Just a scam overall. 0/10 would never recommend

Reliable
I have been a customer of (AHS) for about 14 years. Now I have 4 properties using AHS services and have brought 5 or 6 other friends and family members on board as AHS customers and all are happy with this company.
Waste of time
This company refuses pay for anything to get you up and running. Broken garage door spring and suddenly we need a multitude of other non important repairs totaling almost 400 dollars of things to repair this all out of pocket with the gold plan. Waited almost 2 weeks for a repairman to show up and had to take a day off with the timeframe like the cable guy. Run away a big scam of a company!

Late and cheap
They never fix anything, they bring service people over that charge me to fix things just to limp along for another month or two. The. It breaks again, they fix it enough to work, then it breaks again. I pay for the service, and the work they do, and (AHS) covers nothing.

As a single mom that can fix some things and have no clue on others, AHS has given me such piece of kind. When I first purchased I had one bad service guy come out but I notified AHS and they fixed it right away and sent another company. I’ve been treated AMAZINGLY well. I highly recommend AHS! Completely satisfied. I’ve had them for about 4 years now

Consistent and Timely
I’ve filed multiple service requests with (AHS) in the year that they’ve covered our new-to-us home. They’re consistently prompt to follow up, and the servicemen they assign to us are always professional. I’ve yet to have a problem require multiple service visits to diagnose. I’m a particular fan of the video call with a service expert, during which they’ll help you solve your problem in real time. I like this service because even if it can’t be solved without an in-person serviceman, the on-call video expert will still write a troubleshooting summary with possible diagnoses to help expedite the in-person service.

AHS was quick to assign someone to help. Sometimes that company is a bit slower but most were quick. If the problem isn’t solved someone will come back up to 30 days with no extra charge.
