Horrible
They say you can cancel whenever but they put you into a contract that you can only get out of if you pay all of it up front but they don’t mention it while they are selling it to you. Absolute waste of money just get your own personal cameras
New updates terrible
Recent app updates are terrible! Nothing is streamlined, it’s bulky and busy and too easy to click the wrong thing. Actions are more difficult to find whereas they used to be simple. Now I’m constantly worried I’ll click the wrong thing. Visually looks like the app tech went back in time. At least allow option for users to choose to revert to classic view before these changes.

Google Nest
The system apparently does not integrate the Google nest app adt sells as part of its system. Rather, you have to go to an entirely separate app (Google home) to see who’s at the door and it doesn’t ring to the adt panel. This is absolutely useless.
