Remove extras
The most critical part of this app is to monitor and manage my security system. The home page should make it easy by being large and primary on the screen. I shouldn’t have to pull out a magnifier, wade through other nonsense, or expand a tiny carrot to confirm the status of my alarm.
Please make the home page more like Pulse where the alarm status and actions are large, easily actionable buttons!

Bad layout
Confusing slow and bugged out. Whole app needs redeveloped to something user friendly. This app has a long ways to go!
Why mess with perfection
This is no longer an easy to use application, thanks but no thanks . Bring back the old one please!
Extremely happy with my ADT system
I had a man who I didn’t know come to my glass front doors in the middle of the night and peered in. My Great Dane went to the door and started barking at him. He was out there for about 25 minutes, then started walking back up the street. Then he turned around and started coming back to the front door. I called the police,and they arrived
here very quickly. They asked for a description of him, and I gave it to them. I also showed them the video of the guy coming up to my front door on my ADT monitor. The police went all around my property and didn’t see him, but I feel fortunate to have ADT as my home security system!

No Arm and disarm
The new iPhone update the weather covers the alarm status and you can no longer disarm or arm.
