I own competing products in various homes. This one has links menu items that don't resolve where they should.

Keeps Getting Worse

In the past, this was a fairly reliable app. Outdated and slow, but would eventually connect to your doorbell camera. In the past few months it continuously stops allowing a live feed connection and records nothing. Good luck with the “trouble shooting” feature… it is useless. What’s the point in a camera you can’t use?

Unreliable

I have an other alarm system which never gives me problems. This product is forever needing attention. It will not connect to server again. All my other Apps are working fine.

Latest update 5.14.0 Stinks

Latest update took away access to all my interior cameras!!! I called my local alarm company and they went through multiple different diagnostics and come to find out it was alarm.com that caused this! They do updates without verification that this wouldn’t take away customers access to there alarm system that they pay for! Word to the engineers that create these updates stop pushing these out without verification that the work 100%! Now I have NO interior cameras! A big thank you!
