It does not work well

We've had it for less than a month and the cameras have already broken twice, the door lock doesn't work, and communication to get a technician is very poor.

App shortcuts were there, I just didn’t check the settings.

Support was able to figure out what my issue was and give me steps to fix it. I assumed it was a bug in the app, but it was actually a setting. I hadn’t enabled so it was more than likely my fault.
