Terrible.
I see that my previous review was removed or something. This app sucks. I can always count on the cameras to not work when I need them to. For a company owned by vanguard where the CEO is making close to 20 million a year, the app needs to be better and up to date. Just trash all the way around. Spent 2.5k on cameras and a system that works half the time.

Clunky
Parts of the app are great, but it’s let down by the sub standard video review interface. You cannot zoom in on the playback video to ad-hoc portions of the screen, if you start the video in portrait on phone and try to turn your phone to landscape to overcome the zoom issues, the video will simply stop playing. If tapping the screen to play/pause (which you have to do a lot if you re-orientate your device for better viewing) and you inadvertently swipe just the merest of swipes while trying your hardest to ONLY tap, it will cause the video to stop and return to video activity menu. It could be excellent, but the area I use it for most is highly temperamental and incredibly frustrating. Sorry, but based on this I wouldn’t recommend. Other security apps are so much better.

I have the doorbell system out of service because I was without internet for 4 days and no matter how much I tried to install the doorbell, it doesn't work, they agreed to call me between 24 hours and 48 hours to give me an appointment, the 48 hours have already passed and nothing at all

Terrible customer service
The service keeps getting disconnected and I will lose coverage on a daily basis. It has been brought up to customer service but Alarm and ADT want to blame the internet provider but they have it running at full capacity.

Apple watch complication vanished
I have the Alarm.com complication on the face of my Apple Watch and in the past few weeks the icon which is the complication symbol disappeared from my Apple Watch face. I’ve tried everything and can’t get it back. The strange thing is if I touch the place on the Apple Watch face where it used to be it still opens up.

Poor quality and app is not user friendly
Frankly would’ve preferred a normal doorbell over this doorbell. But it was standard with our home. Will be replacing. Application is not user friendly and doesn’t allow rule editing. You would have to go to their website which the app doesn’t direct you towards, it just gives you a message.

I’m not sure what happened but ever since I updated the app it just stuck on the loading screen and can’t access my portal
Constant issues and support is terrible
Support is only provided M-F. if something breaks which it will since its alarm you are out of luck on the weekends. Constant issues with connecting to networks or panels. ADT does not have some Issues in my experience

Worst support for any App!
I recently lost the ability to view my camera videos. Spent 30 minutes on the app trying to find a working pathway to communicate with ADT tech support. No phone numbers provided only chat agent that doesn’t connect. Gonna spend a day calling ADT and going through people telling me they can’t help me. Why am I paying for this????

Nobody wants/is asking for a app that requires developer level knowledge to set up an auto lock feature.
