App does not work
Every time I try to login the app will crash and take me
back to login in again. I’ve used Kasa in the past and have had no issues.

App won't even let me login
Connectivity not reliable
After connecting my switches to my home network, the app will control them for about 2 hours then show they are disconnected, however, in my home network management, they still show connected.
I've followed customers support for factory reset and the issue remains.
No integration with alexa or alarm.com. Never worked. Also followed customer supports recommendations and no resolution. They keep mentioning my home network as if that's the issue but I have no issues with any other of my other devices like Eaton, leviton, tp-link (Kasa), ring, kwikset and those that are supposed to work with either alexa or alarm.com work flawlessly.
I even attempted to put them on their own 2.4ghz band and nothing works. They need accountability and acknowledge they have some work to do.

Frustrating and not simple
We bought a new construction a year ago and purchased the “smart home” option.
Even the Deako installer had a hard time getting all of our smart lights set up. Multiple calls and appointments and we still do not have it fixed.
Not worth the investment. Wish I had just bought normal light switches

Scheduled lighting never turns off
Porch light scheduled to turn on at sunset and off at sunrise stays on all day. Customer service only gaslights. They even use the term sunset and try to make you feel dumb because its not actually sunset. Then call it what it is and have it line up with reality. This app has gone way downhill. Now Im wasting electricity because the timed off setting no longer occurs.
