Unable to not gain access to my account for nearly a month now and I went to my community office for help twice .She was unable to access my account on my phone.She has put a ticket in for to get this fixed . nothing has been fixed yet.
Not Good zero stars.
The worst. Can’t pay fees. Doesn’t let me log in. Tried re-register and I still can’t pay HOA. Junky.
Can’t make a payment
I’m overseas and overwhelmed. Haven’t been able to make my HOA payment. No support from the Vintage Group HOA either. They don’t even provide me with my account number. No responses from FRONTSTEPS technical dept after multiple attempts. Sucks!!!
Stuck on loading screen
Can’t even pay my fees now they are gonna be late with a a late charge. This app sucks!!!! Worst app
Resident review
Worst app. I’ve lived here for about 9 months and this app doesn’t work. Security has re-registered me several times in an effort to resolve the problem, but I still never get any notices that I have a package. Only after I’ve picked up a package do I get a message that the package was picked up. Useless app.
