Static, clunky design; Where is the innovation?
Design is not user friendly and has not improved in the years I’ve been using it. Recent update (11/2025) shows no signs of improvement. How about some fresh features like Siri integration or “quick add” for a temporary guest coming for the day?

It’s ok at best
The app should allow homeowners to save their own email and phone number instead of making us type it out over and over again! I’ve also noted that the app is often not working properly, today for instance, and it won’t allow me to see my guest list.
No way to update a guest
The Manage Guest feature does not allow you to update a registered guest. I had a change in schedule and there was no way to edit an upcoming guest to change the date. I had to create a new invitation.
Easy To Use
It is so much easier to use this app than to have to call the Gate and add a visitor. You can add permanent visitors or just temporary ones quickly and easily. I also get a text when the person goes through the gate so I know that they’re on their way.
Too many glitches
This app rarely works as expected. Often the guest list is a blank page. It’s never consistent or reliable.
