Static, clunky design; Where is the innovation?
Design is not user friendly and has not improved in the years I’ve been using it. Recent update (11/2025) shows no signs of improvement. How about some fresh features like Siri integration or “quick add” for a temporary guest coming for the day?

It’s ok at best
The app should allow homeowners to save their own email and phone number instead of making us type it out over and over again! I’ve also noted that the app is often not working properly, today for instance, and it won’t allow me to see my guest list.
No way to update a guest
The Manage Guest feature does not allow you to update a registered guest. I had a change in schedule and there was no way to edit an upcoming guest to change the date. I had to create a new invitation.
Easy To Use
It is so much easier to use this app than to have to call the Gate and add a visitor. You can add permanent visitors or just temporary ones quickly and easily. I also get a text when the person goes through the gate so I know that they’re on their way.
Too many glitches
This app rarely works as expected. Often the guest list is a blank page. It’s never consistent or reliable.

App never works, it doesn’t show your property, notifications don’t work either, account data is blank. Worst app ever.

When I first looked I saw negative reviews, but then realized they were some 10 years old and things change. First an app to input guests and manage your access is NOT Rocket Science. This app does what it says and more. Sometimes you get disgruntled former employees who publish negative statements, and when you are on the internet that is going to happen. I love the ability of inputting my guests and sending them the professional looking epass, that can be scanned and open the gate if valid. Why get a 3rd party gate attendant involved that could make input errors when you can do it so fast and efficient. This app is always improving and when other company’s introduce new hardware they are right on the fixes.

Undependable
Getting this app to work is always hit or miss. Very frustrating.

Don’t rely on this app. Only works sporadically and never when you need it. Don’t rely on it.

If I could give no star I would! It’s the worst app I’ve ever used. My account doesn’t even show up under my properties, so I still have to call the gate to let a guest in. The web not much better either. 👎

Worst app ever
This app is full of bugs. It is tricky to negotiate and often times the buttons or the screen gray out for no apparent reason. This is often the case when you attempt to press the “manage guests” button. The app has worked better in the past.

Unbelievably poor app. Much of the time it doesn’t load. Other times it loads but doesn’t show your property. Why my HOA decided to go with this app probably says more about the HOA than it does about the developer of this app
