Not working 9/10/26
Not working as of 9/8-9/10. This is the second time in about 3 months the app doesn't work. We received an email saying the app had been updated and to logout and log back in. I've been stuck on a "connecting data screen please wait one hour" for a couple days now.
Terrible app now
Initially the app work well as I could see the solar generated for the day, week.
But after the company got acquired they are making us paying $10 a month for just checking usage.
What a grifter company. I paid for my solar in full and told this monitoring is part of the purchase but no longer is the case. Terrible customer practices.

App not working
App is not connecting to my account and no way to get service. I’m a old sunpower customer. Emailed for help and went nowhere.
Scam artists
I paid in full (an already overpriced system because it came with our new house), and a few years down the road you have to pay a SUBSCRIPTION in order to see what your system produces, the system you paid FOR. I would never recommend this company. Stay far away.
Can’t login since update
They instructed me to update, logout then login, but since could not login.
