Can’t even login

Regardless of whether I try to use First Service’s app, website or QR code that links me to a website, I am never able to login. The company is certainly behind the times on technology. I just bought a house in August and it’s like prying teeth to get information, even stickers for my car windshield to open the gate! I hope I’m not breaking any rules because I have been unable to obtain the rules and regulations too. Extremely frustrating!

Unhelpful Support Experience

I couldn’t finish the registration and called support. It was by far the most unhelpful and poor customer service experience I’ve ever had, and the app itself has a glitchy UI that makes the whole process even more frustrating.

When I try to log in it says there was an error and to go back to the log in, but it doesn’t offer any link to get back to the log in.
