Crashes all the time
Though it’s nice to be able to access addresses from my phone, the app will crash in less than 30 seconds.
If I try to look something up during a board meeting, it’ll crash 5 times before I can even find the information I need!
If I’m on a walkthrough on property, doing violations, it will crash while I’m taking photos, while they are loading, and while I’m going to the next address.
Please fix this bug as it make the app a real pain to deal with

Buggy 3rd party camera
I love this app, however the built in camera app leaves a lot to be desired, it’s very buggy, 7 out of ten times it won’t focus on a violation, then I need to use the iPhone native camera, then import wasting about 10-20 seconds for the photo to import from the native camera app. To speed up inspection times please add a on off switch for the 3 rd party camera app, so I may use the native camera in the iPhone and really speed up my violation tours.

Camera function using iPhone XS Max not working properly
When you go to upload pictures saved to your phone into the unit violation the button to insert the image is not calibrated correctly so it constantly refocuses instead of allowing you to insert a picture.

Waiting Almost Two Years
I’ve been waiting a very long time and still the San Antonio Area has not been added to the application. I asked last year and was told it will be added soon. Still waiting.

Hello, I am sorry that you have received incorrect information. The San Antonio market accesses the app by selecting the market "Dallas".
