Future Payment Bug
Though several reviewers have previously mentioned the issue regarding scheduling future payments from within the app, the problem persists. This should be a rather trivial fix but Washington Gas does not appear to be overly concerned nor motivated to resolve it. It remains a source of frustration.

COMPANIES ALWAYS SAY USE THEIR APPS!! THE REVIEWS ARE BAD!!
MY RECENT BILLS FROM WGAS AND DOMINION WERE HIGH!!
THEY SAID THEY CALLED, BUT I HAD LANDLINE UNPLUGGED!! SOMETIMES LEFTIST RELATIVES GET ON MY LAST NERVES!! PROMOTING EVIL AND SIN!!
INCREASE HAPPENED AFTER LANDLORD AND HIS SPANISH CONTRACTOR SHOWED UP!!
I AM NOT PAYING IF "AI" DEMONIC PLANTS ARE THE CAUSE!! DEVILS CREATE TRASH TO MAKE PEOPLE SICK AND CRAZY!!!

Cant download or share bill
I reported this issue over a year ago, and it still hasn’t been fixed. I need to download and share my monthly bill in PDF format as proof of address, but the app does not provide a working share option. This is an important feature, and I hope the development team will prioritize fixing it in a future update.

Logging not wotking
I can log into my account using the web but when i using the app the log in won’t work keeping saying network error or it super laggy after 5+ attempts.
Loading
Takes forever to load the app and to log on to the app. Needs improvements and doesn’t work with VPN on
