No power no internet
Asking me to use an app to report power outages is one of the stupidest things ever! No power equals no WiFi which means the app is useless.

Y’all have gotten to expensive. Yall need to bring back the 12 month payment plan or put something else into play with people struggling to pay there bills. Yall need to give us more payment plan options. It’s like get more expensive by the hour. It’s ridiculous.

The App is good at performing the tasks for maintaining a Dominion account on-line. No other Dominion resource is needed.
The II ot presents lacks in features other such UIs have. For example, the log in screen requires an email.address. A standard keyboard is presented. Other UIs in this position present a keyboard that have the . and & characters on the layout, so the the user in not required to change layouts to enter all the required characters for an email address.
