Constantly makes me reset password, overall trash app maybe update it
Login Does Not Work
Logging in works fine on web browser but the app keeps saying the information does not match their records
Worse utility app I’ve used
Why even give me the option to sign in with Face ID when every month I have to sign in to be able to use the Face ID anyway..
App won’t let you log in
I try to log in. It says I have to reset my password because of a policy change. So I reset the password. I enter the new password, it says wrong password.
Not sure why it’s hard to get this app to work properly. It’s not like the company is hurting for money.

Login experience is terrible
I have to use this app every month every time I log in it’s like the first time I’ve used the app. It doesn’t remember who I am. The “use Face ID to login” doesn’t work whatsoever. And it doesn’t use iCloud Keychain for quick password field population. WHY???? It’s 2026, please just make your app usable. It feels like I’m using an app from 2010
