Payment method is not saved
After multiple tries it is not possible to save credit card information and also a lot of unnecessary information is required for credit card payments

i literally cannot find a credentials tab to add to my apple wallet and when i open the mobile ID, it says no data available???
Need to re-enter everything every time
CU Boulder. The GET app was a little clunky but this is incomparably worse. It makes you enter the following every time you open the app and want to add Campus Cash: your email (3 times), your password, your phone number, and your credit card info. The “save this info” options just do not work. After doing all this you are greeted with either “Page Not Found” (which means it went through) or something like “Payment Service Not Currently Available” (which means it didn’t). Awful.

Good idea, terrible execution
This app has not worked once on my phone. Riddled with errors. I’ve wasted large amounts of time trying to fix this, and I’m constantly being locked out of buildings/not been able to swipe into the gym because of this app. I hope they are investing in ways to improve the app because as of now, for me at least, it simply does not work.
