After multiple tries it is not possible to save credit card information and also a lot of unnecessary information is required for credit card payments

i literally cannot find a credentials tab to add to my apple wallet and when i open the mobile ID, it says no data available???
Need to re-enter everything every time
CU Boulder. The GET app was a little clunky but this is incomparably worse. It makes you enter the following every time you open the app and want to add Campus Cash: your email (3 times), your password, your phone number, and your credit card info. The “save this info” options just do not work. After doing all this you are greeted with either “Page Not Found” (which means it went through) or something like “Payment Service Not Currently Available” (which means it didn’t). Awful.

Good idea, terrible execution
This app has not worked once on my phone. Riddled with errors. I’ve wasted large amounts of time trying to fix this, and I’m constantly being locked out of buildings/not been able to swipe into the gym because of this app. I hope they are investing in ways to improve the app because as of now, for me at least, it simply does not work.

Doesn’t work
I just did all the steps that my school told me to do and now there is no credentials tab for me to press to add the pass to my wallet. How tf am I gonna live in my dorm and pay for my lunch when I go to college? Somebody should sue these people because they all have their heads up their asses and don’t fix their app.

Unnecessarily inconvenient, poor design, not “user error”
Don’t save login info, have to login again every time, including 2 factor. Occasionally will fail to work and display blank screen after logging in.
This is beyond incompetence
Not only do I have to suffer through the displeasure of garbage, third-party app integration in my universities, infrastructure, it is after being forced to pay $20-$30,000 a semester. You think with a millions of dollars in grants that they’d partner with anyone other than satan. This app doesn’t work on campus Wi-Fi, this app stalls on its request, this app delays by five minutes when you do get past authentication. All to replace a physical card that worked just fine for decades.

App Doesn’t Work
I’ll preface this by saying I’m not sure if this is the fault of my institution, NOVA Community College, or this app. My issue is that I’m unable to access my account on this app, despite providing all the correct credentials (username, password, and OTP). My institution previously used an app called GET in order to allow students load money on to their College IDs. Whoever at NOVA who was in charge of the migration from GET to this app, did not do a good job. I’m left unable to load money onto my card because my account has been “migrated” off the old platform - but the new platform (Atrium) has “no record found” for my account, and doesn’t even let me create an account. My ultimate goal was to print one singular document while on campus which I’m now unable to do thanks to this bogus software and/or the NOVACard migration team

Doesn't work
This app literally doesn't work. It shows an error anytime you try to log in. If you can have a physical ID, you should absolutely get that instead of using this garbage app.
Fix this app pls
Being repeatedly asked if one wants to save their information so they don’t have to re-log in every time, and then having to re-login regardless is very irritating. Additionally, the app often doesn’t show my ID forcing me to login a second time. Please fix this app
Works as intended
This app works perfectly fine! It’s very convenient to have. Those who reviewed the app badly simply did not follow the correct steps on the UCard website. If you do not see the credentials button, then you either have not uploaded a photo to the UCard website, or you have not been given the credentials access. If the credential button still hasn’t shown up, you can just call the UCard office and have them easily fix it. Please follow the steps, this app doesn’t deserve low review because of user error. <3

Basically made me homeless
I can’t get into my dorm because this app won’t let me add my credentials to my wallet on my phone. It says it’s activated, but it’s not in my wallet! I’m extremely lucky that I got here when the physical card office at my school was open, otherwise I would be sleeping outside because this app won’t let me re-add my card to my wallet god forbid I need to.

Can’t even use the app
I am a UVA student who wanted to stick with my physical card; however, they are cancelling my card’s viability so I am forced to use this app. Whenever I try to put in my id and password and brings me to the same error page regardless of what I do. This is unusable trash and whoever made us use this is an embarrassment to themselves and all of UVA

The “credentials” tab under Settings does not exist which means I just can’t use the card because it can’t be added to my wallet. No one knows what to do.

Horrible app
I needed to access a locked building on campus on Sunday to work on a project. Couldn’t even add my U card to my wallet. There was no existing “credentials” tab. Love how the University prohibits me from working on my homework. This app is horrible, useless, filled with bugs and doesn’t do the one thing it’s meant more.
