This app is total crap and a waste of space on you phone. Just go to the website cause that all this app will do for you. It won’t sign you in or keep you signed in to your account. So what is the point!

Pointless and useless

This app has almost no functionality. If you’re expecting to be able to access your account, don’t bother. There is a contact form, an outage map, and some social media links - all of which is easily accessible via a web browser with better formatting. Honestly, this app is embarrassing. I say that as a fellow app developer. Get some better user stories lined up and then try again.

What is this? It’s an app that you can click that will launch your web browser and open their website? I don’t get it. There’s no functionality in the app to view your account or your usage or your bill amount or anything. Deleted. What a waste of time.
