Probably Unsupported

I have used this app successfully in the past, but tried to use it today and most functions don't work. I then used the Citizen Connect web interface in Safari, and I had no problems at all.

Not very functional

I tried to report a pot hole for an hour today. I hit that pothole almost every day. This app was supposed to make things easier but so far it’s easier to call. Or do like everyone else does and not report issues. Very frustrating.

Can’t register

5/3, got same message repeatedly, that email with confirmation link had been sent, but never received it. 5/4, completely different error message. Can’t register. Giving one star because this requires a rating to review the app. Zero stars, actually!
