Sentri lock is trash
This is by far the worst system ever made why not just use a normal lockbox since it’s hard enough to get most realtors to do their job now you need to rely on them to give you access? Out of 40 sentri locks I’ve been granted access 4 times I’m at the point to where if a house is using sentri lock I’m just going to avoid that house!

It does not work
I am a realtor and I am frustrated every time I have to use this app, with no face recognition, not working properly and most of the time is a waste of time for my clients and my self
Basically direct work
Showings created through ShowingTime don’t create access requests in SentriConnect so I’m left to call the listing agent office for a one day code. So, basically, it doesn’t work. Maybe it’s a configuration problem, but there is no guidance on how to set it up.
Glitch in app
When I log into the app it does not give me access to the map to enter a address. The page just keeps loading.
