Sentri lock is trash
This is by far the worst system ever made why not just use a normal lockbox since it’s hard enough to get most realtors to do their job now you need to rely on them to give you access? Out of 40 sentri locks I’ve been granted access 4 times I’m at the point to where if a house is using sentri lock I’m just going to avoid that house!

I am a realtor and I am frustrated every time I have to use this app, with no face recognition, not working properly and most of the time is a waste of time for my clients and my self
Basically direct work
Showings created through ShowingTime don’t create access requests in SentriConnect so I’m left to call the listing agent office for a one day code. So, basically, it doesn’t work. Maybe it’s a configuration problem, but there is no guidance on how to set it up.
Glitch in app
When I log into the app it does not give me access to the map to enter a address. The page just keeps loading.
why is this so difficult?
it supposedly sent me a reset to my password, but I never received it. I don't know why it keeps spinning because I thought it was Bluetooth, but I cannot get into the home. I'm trying to get into.
Never worked….
Tried this app on three separate occasions in three different locations, and nothing… didn’t work at all. ended up having to contact the Brokers for one day code access, which this app was supposed to help avoid.
Won’t verify account
Despite trying multiple times, this will not verify the account. Extremely frustrating when agents won’t allow one day codes and insist you download an app that doesn’t work!

Can never sign in or create a new account. Even when trying to create a new account with multiple emails with random emails and my own 3 emails it says none are available!!!

Can’t scroll
The display on the app doesn’t work to allow scrolling. When trying to set up security questions, you can’t scroll to click to go to the next step. You can barely scroll to answer the 2nd question.
Absolutely trash
Half the time, despite having decent service, I can’t get this horrible app to work or link to the box. As a contractor, time is literally money, and a lot of my time is spent trying to get this stupid app to connect to the lock boxes. I can’t stand realtors and property managers who insist on using this horribly designed system. Do your contractor a favor and just put a regular lock box on your properties.

Brokerages Stay Away!
This app never works properly. Constant errors which result in a huge waste of time for staff answering calls to resolve issues. The amount of times I have been given lockbox codes over the phone is concerning. Anyone could just pretend to be a realtor having problems with this app and gain access to a property.

This app sucks
This app sucks. Can’t even do simple things like changing your email without getting a error. Disaster.
Many bad experiences with these boxes.
I feel sorry for the real estate boards switching to these lockboxes and this app. This will create extra work for the listing agent and lots of frustration for the buyers agents try to gain access to homes for sale.
Absolutely Terrible
This app is a total disaster. I was asked to download it to get access to a showing 2 hours away. I downloaded the app and filled out all my information and getting a “unable to create your account” message. My wife tried and got the same message. It is Friday evening and my showing is on Saturday. I can’t get a hold of anyone for support until Monday morning. As a result, I had to cancel the showing and won’t be showing anything that requires this app in the future.

The worst. Total nightmare. They give you support Monday to Friday which is not great when you are standing on the driveway show on the Saturday afternoon in the pouring rain.

Clearly this app was designed by some goof who has zero experience in real estate and certainly not in a busy real estate market during covid when showings are booked solid from 9am to 9pm. I would give zero stars if I could. Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio where nobody wants to live so obviously have no idea what it’s like running buyers around in markets where people Italy want to live.
