Get a notification for indoor appointment review to see meter. Can’t do it. Everyday for three months is full

Randomly Logs You Out
App used to be solid until 3 weeks ago. Called support and they advised that “everyone is having the same issue” there was no timeline when the app would be fixed. I have to pay this bill and I know for a fact they are going to slap a late fee and not reimburse it even though it’s their fault. So annoying

NEVER WORKS
I HAVE DELETED AND REDOWNLOADED SEVERAL TIMES. any time i try to log into the app it just spins and spins and spins and never loads. i have to go to my browser every month. fix your horrible app.
