Outrageous

The price for electricity is completely out of hand. I’m paying for electricity and then I’m paying to be supplied with electricity, which is primarily, if not equal to what I use in electricity.

APP

APP hasn’t worked for me for over a year. I have deleted it and reinstalled but nothing works. As soon as I sign in and verify via a text code, the app goes right back to the start page.

Big profits

Poor service. It’s unbelievable to me that out of all the public utilities. We have gas water, electric. You, are the only one that justifies not being open on the weekends. You service the entire state of Illinois and basically you demand that we conduct our business with you five days a week. A public utility a public utility has the biggest bankers hours on the planet. Even though they’re open till 7 PM some nights of the week it is not enough, but it cuts into your big profits. If you have two more days to service the millions of customers you have. You have the audacity to be asking for a rate increase to take care of infrastructure. Isn’t that just a regular cost of doing business most companies that I know of when they have to do an inquiry when they have to upgrade their systems they do it with the finances that they already have but you’re making that our responsibility, even though you are having record profits if I was the governor of Illinois, I would demand to see every place you spend the upgrade money that you were asking for I wanna see your plan laid out as to who and what areas are getting work done because you do not treat us respectfully. I’ve had a street light out in my alleyway for over a year and you can’t find someone to fix it. I hate this company. And your application totally sucks. It is not user-friendly.
