Limited features for solar owners
Not very helpful if you have solar or have third party energy providers
This update system does not work well
Ever since they update the system I cannot longer get all my accounts in the same login. I tried calling and working with their reps and they made it worse. None of them have been able to figure it out and I have to resort to signing in as a guest to pay one of my accounts. I wish they had competent personnel that could help with this problem.

This app never lets user to login. I am trying this for past 1 year and never worked for me. Only option I have is to use ecomm website to login and control all my credentials regarding comed. Please have your mobile app IT team to address it.

Accessibility challenges
I use the Comed app to pay my bill. I use it on my iPhone using Apple‘s VoiceOver program which speaks items on the screen for blind people, however, the app is not completely accessible. I have two accounts with CommEd and find it impossible to switch to my second account this needs to be corrected.

The app used to have the hourly pricing built in now it redirects to hourly pricing site which also doesn't list the pricing. Stopped working 6 weeks ago so app is useless now
App is not letting me enter
I have been trying for well over 20 minutes, to enter this app in order to pay my bill. I have been using it for years and have yet to have this issue. I updated the app, so obviously it’s current. Still when I go in, I put in my information, and as soon as I do the verification code, it shows the personalized main screen for a second, and then puts me back into the beginning of the process. I have a turned off my phone completely, and restarted it as well, and I still can’t get in there. Not sure what the issue is. I just used it less than a month ago to pay. Please fix in. Please advise.
