Over charge
When I am home my bill is low, when I am on vacation no one here nothing running it high definitely something is wrong. I have asked for the monitor to be check they tell nothing wrong. The monitor has never been replaced which they have told me it was replaced funny thing I was working from home that day and no one showed up to replace it. Can’t trust anyone wish I could use another company

This app doesn’t work at all. Can’t see my current account info. Can’t make a payment. DP should be ashamed

Much like the company, the app sucks too. Down for PLANNED maintenance during a peak heat wave and holiday weekend. It was down for maintenance for a couple days. Can they be any more out of touch with their customers that are heals hostage?
Logging Out
I am so tired of being logged out when I go to use the app. I send a text code to my phone. It accepts the code but still won’t log me in. It’s annoying as hell.
