I stayed at my apartment 1 day and got charged $76+ what a joke!!!!!

This is most difficult bill I’ve encountered in many years . I have ask for a technician to come to my apartment building I work 16 hours a day just to pay my rent and electric. I’ve been getting estimated billing for years. There is no way my electric bill doubled in 1 month. I have to choose what other bill I won’t be able to pay. I reached out to programs for assistance but I don’t qualify because of me being a single person not on welfare. I need a professional to come and read my meter

Unfortunate Format Change
When trying to compare last year’s bills to this year’s bills it is unnecessarily difficult. Less information is given on the current bills. Some areas claim to be comparisons, but are statements.
Needy
The is ok at what it does. But why does it ask me to review it every time I use it. Sometime multiple times? This is annoying
Over charge
When I am home my bill is low, when I am on vacation no one here nothing running it high definitely something is wrong. I have asked for the monitor to be check they tell nothing wrong. The monitor has never been replaced which they have told me it was replaced funny thing I was working from home that day and no one showed up to replace it. This app doesn’t work at all. Can’t see my current account info. Can’t make a payment. DP should be ashamed

Much like the company, the app sucks too. Down for PLANNED maintenance during a peak heat wave and holiday weekend. It was down for maintenance for a couple days. Can they be any more out of touch with their customers that are heals hostage?
Logging Out
I am so tired of being logged out when I go to use the app. I send a text code to my phone. It accepts the code but still won’t log me in. It’s annoying as hell.

You charge too much since electricity has to travel further from PA and NJ. This isn’t going to be ready by any decision maker, so it doesn’t matter. I’m moving this month and I’m so happy not be paying you crazy high rates due to some political kickbacks!!

Very confusing and don’t let you do what you need to do. The app says one thing but when you spoke to a person they say another . I just don’t want my power to get cut off
Not great
This app is pretty annoying. It is always slow to load, and requires multiple clicks to work properly. When there’s an outage, it is NEVER updated in a timely manner. It’s an attempt to be helpful, but misses the mark completely.
Broken
No longer allows you to control the thermostat remotely. Completely pointless app.
