Recently broken

App asks for authentication, looks like it’s going to work and crashes. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled and rebooted my iPhone 12 to no avail. Everyone else who left a recent review is saying the same thing. All the 5 star reviews are from many years ago.

App doesn’t always function

I love that I can view and pay my bill using the app. I also loved it. It’s a secure way to log into my account without having to be at an actual computer. However, I’ve noticed over the last three or four days that every time I tap to open the app, it does not function and disappears There’s no one to contact for assistance.
