Latest version from last week crashes immediately after login
Launches, authenticates me, then closes.
Recently broken
App asks for authentication, looks like it’s going to work and crashes. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled and rebooted my iPhone 12 to no avail. Everyone else who left a recent review is saying the same thing. All the 5 star reviews are from many years ago.
App doesn’t always function
I love that I can view and pay my bill using the app. I also loved it. It’s a secure way to log into my account without having to be at an actual computer. However, I’ve noticed over the last three or four days that every time I tap to open the app, it does not function and disappears There’s no one to contact for assistance.

Update gone wrong
The latest update 25.3.0 made to meet coding standards has broken the app. When I login using my iPhone I used to have the ability to check daily usage. The current app acts like it’s opening then crashes and disappears. I hope you fix it soon. I like checking daily usage to conserve energy. Thanks.

Stopped Working
Recent update caused this app to stop working. App logs in then disappears from screen. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t work.
Latest version does not work
The app crashes on authentication and will not open. I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling it. I’ve tried closing it. Nothing works.
Update Problem
You guys did an update and suddenly the app no longer works. It loads, begins to open and then immediately shuts down. I’m using an iPhone. Worked for years but moment you did an update it stopped working.
Recent updates bricked the app
The app won’t open - crashes everytime.
Terrible App
Out of every.single.app that I have ever downloaded, this is the only one that does.not.work.
No longer working
Dec app no longer works. Waiting for an update for months. Deleting app and reinstalling doesn’t help.
Can’t access
No matter where I am I log in and always get can’t connect to server. It’s useless. Deleting and redownloading didn’t do anything either.

The app no longer works. It has been great for a couple of years. Recently I have become unable to login through the app. I have tried deleting the app and it’s data to no avail. It’s a shame because the app was easy to use and I liked paying my bill through the app.
Amazing app
This app is fantastic! I can pay my bill, I can see outages, I can get messages about peak usage. It is a really well put together app. And I can even message the electric company right through the app and report an outage. And on the app you can see the little trucks on their way working on any problems. It’s really a terrific product!

More than just a bill pay app.
Easy to use and filled with information.
Surprisingly good
I really expected this app to be awful, since nearly all utility apps are, but it's actually quite good. It's easy to use and quick to make payments. Design could perhaps be slightly more attractive, but overall it's very well done.
