Waste of time
Tried to download app to manage wifi doesn’t even let me sign in because it say I need an extender I don’t need an extender why try to sell me more just to use an app

If you’re reading this, please do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of time and frustration…DO NOT download this app. I’ve downloaded it 3 separate times over the last few years and each time I’ve wasted time trying to set it up without success and fairly tech savvy. This app is garbage!
No need to have 3 apps for one internet provider
I prefer this company over the only other competitor I have in my area (current home does not allow certain providers). The internet goes out just about everyday, 9am, 3pm, 10pm doesn’t matter if I’m home or not I’ll receive the notification that I have no internet even though I only have around 5 devices connected? For a plan that supposed to run 11+? And the pod doesn’t work, WiFi your way requires an email that breezeline made me so I’m going through this app, WiFi your way, and the internet browser just to see what’s going on with my internet. Would rather have one app or a solid customer service rep when I call for assistance. Overall okay company though.

It made me use a pod. I don’t have a pod. They didn’t give me a pod. I don’t know how to use it without a pod it says.
Never Works
The app never never opens and even if on the rare occasion that it does, nothing on it works. WiFi goes in and out all the time. Channels constantly come up video unavailable. Worst company I’ve experienced ever. Customer service is a game to speak with a live person that you can understand or have the time to wait on hold forever. Do your research before even considering this company. I’m stuck as where I live there’s one “one” company. 😤😠😡🤬🤯
