WiFi+ app
I’m trying to control my internet more from the app but all it says is Breezeline is offline. Like I have WiFi but the app isn’t registering it. Also as of lately I’m dealing with a lot of lagging with the WiFi. I got the most expensive plan I shouldn’t be having these issues
Omg the worse thing ever
Omg this is the worse doesn’t work , chat doesn’t work just say the don’t know what’s wrong I call in after hours I get switched around and have to start all over again hours out of my life I will never get back . I wish they still had an office in my town .
Connectivity issues from the start
I had connectivity issues since I downloaded the app. It cannot find my modem by using a serial number. Even after I contacted chat, they could not get it to work.
Waste of time
Tried to download app to manage wifi doesn’t even let me sign in because it say I need an extender I don’t need an extender why try to sell me more just to use an app
Useless
If you’re reading this, please do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of time and frustration…DO NOT download this app. I’ve downloaded it 3 separate times over the last few years and each time I’ve wasted time trying to set it up without success and fairly tech savvy. This app is garbage!
No need to have 3 apps for one internet provider
I prefer this company over the only other competitor I have in my area (current home does not allow certain providers). The internet goes out just about everyday, 9am, 3pm, 10pm doesn’t matter if I’m home or not I’ll receive the notification that I have no internet even though I only have around 5 devices connected? For a plan that supposed to run 11+? And the pod doesn’t work, WiFi your way requires an email that breezeline made me so I’m going through this app, WiFi your way, and the internet browser just to see what’s going on with my internet. Would rather have one app or a solid customer service rep when I call for assistance. Overall okay company though.

Did not work
It made me use a pod. I don’t have a pod. They didn’t give me a pod. I don’t know how to use it without a pod it says.
Never Works
The app never never opens and even if on the rare occasion that it does, nothing on it works. WiFi goes in and out all the time. Channels constantly come up video unavailable. Worst company I’ve experienced ever. Customer service is a game to speak with a live person that you can understand or have the time to wait on hold forever. Do your research before even considering this company. I’m stuck as where I live there’s one “one” company. 😤😠😡🤬🤯

My internet sucks
I really wish I didn’t pay an internet bill to not have internet. We called customer service 3 times within 24 hours to fix our connection issue. They keep sending a “blaster” or whatever they call it to my modem but it only works until they hang up.
WiFi Your Way Doesn’t open on my iPhone 17 Pro Max
WiFi Your Way Doesn’t open on my iPhone 17 Pro Max. Unable to get it to open up it just stays on the. first screen opens up that says Plume at the top and WiFi Your Way. Completely unacceptable for service that I pay $140 a month for the app is supposed to help me with my inside components but I can’t do that if I can’t open the application up. If I can’t get this resolved, I may as well go with a cheaper service. I may only get 500 MB, but at least it’s a third of the price.

Useless
I can’t even use the app. It’s searching for pods that Breezeline says I don’t need and won’t go past the initial setup page. Breezeline tech support has not been able to help me.
Does not even open most of the time
Mostly, the app will not open. Can’t get past the initial splash screen most of the time. It’s super annoying because I have parental settings that need to be updated. It looks like this app hadn’t even been updated in over a year. Please fix this bug.
Sigh
So I guess the techs need better education on this app as I was informed I can manage my modem through this but it just keeps looking for plumes. Also changed the user default gate credentials and have lost access to to the default gateway not necessarily the apps fault or problem just saying.
Not useful
I got this app thinking that I could just manage my Wi-Fi only to find out, I have to get a pod and it’s for setting up a pod?? This is for a small cabin, I have no reason for Internet extensions. I just wanted to manage my Wi-Fi. I can’t even get this to link to my breeze line account. It’s a whole mess and it’s not accurate as to what this app is….

Poor
This app let me use it one time before not loading fully
Constantly Logs Out
Stop logging me out. I have a passcode on my phone, so there is no reason to continue logging me out of the app at random intervals.
Doesn’t work
App is broken
App Stopped Loading
I need to make adjustments to my network that I can't because it won't load anymore
Never works
Unfortunately, after a few months the app will never load. This is extremely frustrating.
