They changed
again I have had to put all my bank information into the account again. Meanwhile unknownly they charged me a late fee. I have to separate gas bills and pay it regularly. They stink like sh.

Easy and Convenient
This app is easy and convenient allowing me to pay my bill on the go and not have to remember to pay it from my computer when I get home.
review - too much money/month due
I realize Everything is more expensive; but we are on fixed income - gas bill keeps increasing, please lower our cost. We do Not use that much gas.
Can’t choose payment date in app
I’m unable to choose any date other than the due date to make my payment for n the app. In previous versions I could schedule a payment earlier than the due date. Rather inconvenient.
Update
Why the updates, always. This is an app for looking at and paying my gas bill, once a month. And without fail, I go to pay my bill and I have to update my app first, a big enough update that my phone wants to wait until I get to wifi to update. I thought the app was supposed to be convenient.
