Never works

This app never works right. I could mail a physical check to their headquarters faster than paying thru the app. Hate being a prisoner to this company.

Login wheel spins, doesn’t load

Have had to pay my last 3 bills on a laptop vs. the app because I can’t get past the login screen thanks to the wheel spinning and nothing ever happening.
