Trainwreck of an App

Resided on Waterfront Pl. for several years now, Meter Feeder popping up on this street has been nothing but an awful experience. They will double charge you and/or give you a ticket when you already paid. App doesn’t work half the time, no customer service, basically seems like a big scam not even tied to PPA.

Broken

Wouldn’t take my payment to add more time. Kept saying the card wasn’t saved, even when I reentered card so it was there twice. Had to redo the whole thing from the beginning, as if I’d just parked. Then it did acknowledge the card.

Shamefully bad

No credit cards work. Can’t use Apple Pay. Doesn’t allow any autofill of info. Terrible

Useless

Does not accept payment, tried different cards and devices. No useful error. Car was going to be towed so I left.

App broken

Can’t use the thing won’t accept tokens - visa
