again I have had to put all my bank information into the account again. Meanwhile unknownly they charged me a late fee. I have to separate gas bills and pay it regularly. They stink like sh.

Easy and Convenient
This app is easy and convenient allowing me to pay my bill on the go and not have to remember to pay it from my computer when I get home.
review - too much money/month due
I realize Everything is more expensive; but we are on fixed income - gas bill keeps increasing, please lower our cost. We do Not use that much gas.
Can’t choose payment date in app
I’m unable to choose any date other than the due date to make my payment for n the app. In previous versions I could schedule a payment earlier than the due date. Rather inconvenient.
Update
Why the updates, always. This is an app for looking at and paying my gas bill, once a month. And without fail, I go to pay my bill and I have to update my app first, a big enough update that my phone wants to wait until I get to wifi to update. I thought the app was supposed to be convenient.

When someone wants to make a payment this app should never be unavailable

Cannot Submit Payment
I never had an issue with the app until about 1 year ago. I get to the Select Payment Method screen, select my method of payment, and regardless of what I select or input I cannot press the Continue button. It is not my screen or anything else because tapping the exact same spot works throughout the process until that point.

Not impressed
Doesn’t accept Touch ID or Face ID after turned on. Still have to sign in. Not acceptable. As much as Columbia pushes using the app, one would think they would have it right. Poor, poor, poor

Why due date cant be my choice?
We moved in Toledo, OH area recently and of course Columbia Gas is our utility company. I am just thrilled with the stupidity of autopays due date. I mean why to autopay enrollment if I cant plan it the way I want? Hello! I want my bills to be paid when I want it to be paid. And of course in the best time when I have money. Anyway, it’s stupid enough not to offer various days to enroll

Problem Security features
I am having a problem with the “ Face ID “ feature , where after I sign out , I want to Sign back In , but the feature “ DOES NOT RECOGNIZE MY FACE AND I AM FORCED TO REACTIVATE IT , OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN !! “ ….. Bad app
The app very bad. It always need to enter your account password while you already enable the face lock, And the debit card after entering everything correct, it will still ask you to enter expiry date while you have already enter that

Face ID does not work
The app needs to be updated so Face ID works. It does not let me enter the app using Face ID.
